Claire uses a whole-person approach during her therapy sessions, considering each person as a unique individual whose physical problem may be connected to another. She works with the client's desires and goals to establish their beginning point. From there, they go as far as possible toward optimal strength, function and healing. She and the client select the most appropriate therapeutic approach to meet the client's needs, whether it is a traditional physical therapy regime, CranioSacral Therapy, acupressure massage or a more blended approach involving all three.
 
Claire uses infant massage for the parents of babies and children that she helps. Some are well and some have health concerns, but all benefit from the connection. She teaches classes privately and at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital. Recently, she began new class called "Massage for the Young Child," a monthly follow-up class for parents who want to continue learning different massage routines and techniques with their growing child.
